1. Audition Schedule & Confirmations
Specific audition dates and venues will be officially confirmed by the Pageant organizers. Contestants will be notified of their specific time slots and locations via the contact details provided during registration.
2. Right to Modify Schedule
The Pageant reserves the right to change audition dates or venues even after they have been officially fixed. Such changes may occur at any time and under any circumstances at the sole discretion of the management.
3. Transition to Online Auditions
In the event that offline (physical) auditions cannot be completed for any reason, the Pageant will conduct auditions online. Contestants must comply with the virtual audition format to remain eligible for the competition.
4. Accuracy of Submitted Information
All details submitted during registration, including age, height, and contact information, must be 100% correct. Any discrepancy or false information found at any stage will lead to immediate disqualification without notice or refund.
5. Strictly No Refund Policy
All registration fees are final and non-refundable. The organization follows a firm no-return/no-refund policy regardless of a contestant’s inability to attend, disqualification, or withdrawal from the event.
6. Finality of Judging Decisions
The decision of the appointed judges shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No correspondence or challenges regarding the judging process or the final selection of winners will be entertained.
7. Eligibility Criteria
Contestants must meet all age, residency, and marital status requirements as specified for their respective categories (e.g., Miss or Mrs. Maharashtra). Failure to provide valid legal documentation (ID proof) upon request will result in forfeiture of the application.
8. Use of Likeness & Media
By participating, contestants grant the Pageant the irrevocable right to use their name, photographs, and video recordings for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes. This grant is royalty-free and applies to all media formats worldwide.
9. Code of Conduct
Contestants must maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics throughout the event. Any behavior deemed defamatory, disrespectful, or harmful to the Pageant’s brand or other contestants will result in immediate removal.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Jewel One Pageant is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the audition process or the main event. Participants attend and compete at their own risk.
